Working principle

The powder material and adhesive are thoroughly mixed into a moist soft material in a cylindrical container from the bottom mixed slurry, and then cut into uniform wet particles by a high-speed grinding paddle on the side.

Performance characteristics

This machine adopts a horizontal cylindrical structure with a reasonable structure.

The inflatable sealed drive shaft can be switched to water during cleaning.

Fluidized granulation, with nearly spherical shape and good fluidity.

Compared to traditional processes, it reduces adhesive by 25% and shortens drying time.

Each batch only needs to be dry mixed for 2 minutes and pelletized for 1-4 minutes, which improves the efficiency by 4-5 times compared to traditional processes.

Completed in the same closed container, dry mixing wet mixing granulation, process shortened.

The entire operation has strict safety protection measures.

It can be made into a jacket type according to user requirements.
