Product Introduction

Slot forming machine: composed of a feeding hopper and two rollers with grooves. The purpose of granulation is to increase the surface area of the material. The material is sucked in by the inner running roller and cut into granules by the reversed outer scraper.

Horizontal extrusion molding machine: composed of a feeding hopper, two rollers, and a U-shaped vibrating mesh. With the aim of increasing the surface area of the material, the pelletized material comes into contact with the vibrating mesh and is forced out of the mesh by a rotating roller to form cylindrical particles.

Roller granulator: composed of a feeding hopper, two rollers, and a vibrating mesh. A granulator designed to increase the material area. The material comes into contact with the vibrating mesh and is forced into the mesh through the left and right reciprocating motion of the rollers, forming circular particles.
