JRF series coal-fired hot air stove

Working principle

This furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange as a new type of indirect heating technology, which exchanges heat in high-temperature parts of the furnace body. Smoke and air flow in their respective ways, heating is environmentally friendly, with high thermal efficiency (up to 60-75%), fast heating, small size, convenient installation, reliable use, and low price.

Performance characteristics

High temperature resistance measures have been taken, which greatly extends its lifespan compared to tubular hot air furnaces. The flue gas longitudinal flushing heat dissipation fins and negative pressure smoke exhaust methods have been adopted, and the heat exchange area does not accumulate dust and does not need to be cleaned, resulting in stable thermal performance. Various types of coal or firewood can be used as fuel and equipped with a secondary air intake device for complete combustion.

Adapt to materials

This furnace is a universal hot air device that is used in conjunction with various drying equipment for materials. Widely used for heating and dehumidifying agricultural products such as grains, seeds, feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, Xiangru, agaric, tremella, tea, tobacco, food, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, and light and heavy industrial products. It can also be used for heating various facilities and dehumidifying warehouses.

Attention

The environmental reference temperature standard is 18 ℃± 2 ℃, and the calorific value of coal is calculated at 5000Kcal/kg.

The hot air temperature in the table is determined based on the output air volume. The hot air temperature of the JRF4 type hot air stove can reach over 200 ℃, while the JRF5 JRF6 type hot air temperature can reach over 300 ℃ (special manufacturing can reach over 500 ℃). Users can adjust according to their needs.

The height of the hot air stove smoke window configuration: 3-5 meters for JRF4 models, 5-8 meters for JRF and JRF6 models.

The refractory layer on the inner wall of the lower part of the furnace starts from the grate, and its height is 0.5 meters for JRF4-4 type, which can be installed on site.

The JRF6 type is a chain grate combustion device.
