Working principle

This model is composed of a container, spiral stirring blades, and transmission components: spiral blades are generally made into two or three layers, with the outer spiral collecting materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral conveying materials from both sides of the center, forming convective mixing.

Adapt to materials

The spiral belt mixer is generally used for mixing sticky or cohesive powder particles, as well as adding liquid and paste materials to the powder particles.
